Brilliant Distinctions is the only point-based customer loyalty program of its kind in the pharmaceutical industry. The program was originally developed around Botox but expanded quickly to include other Allergen products. The program was an immediate success, with a business-critical platform with millions of registrants and active points earning members and over 200,000 participating provider accounts.
Work done for the Brilliant Distinction program includes development of the identity, website and portal development, editorial management and content development, email marketing and CRM planning and execution, direct to consumer and in-office collateral as well as analytics, campaign management and technology and training.
