This customer enablement app consists of three sections: 1. An educational module that visually aids customers in understanding the differences between normal and excess wear and use; 2. A self-inspection module that guides the customer via a self-inspection wizard through the inspection process allowing them to get a qualitative assessment of the wear on their vehicle return. And finally, 3. An inspection module that allows customers to schedule and calendar the official inspection with one-click ease.
