UAW Trust

The UAW Trust provides coverage for approximately 700,000 members covered under the agreement between the UAW and the big three auto companies. Revamping the UAW Trust website and refreshing their visual brand involved extensive discovery efforts with Trust staff as well as Trust retiree members who provided valuable insight via focus groups and interviews to ensure planning and design all centered around members’ needs.

The result is a fully responsive member-centric website with dynamic content that is informative to retirees, relatives and caregivers. The website is essential to its members offering them critical access to information, videos, articles and documents on a variety of topics including health and wellness, benefits, Medicare, eligibility and enrollment.
